We deliver a range of support techniques to help our service users overcome stress, emotional difficulties, relationships and other areas which trouble their lives.

The common element is that they are based on a therapist and service user talking and interacting with each other.

We offer:

  • One to one Counselling: Telephone Support & Counselling

  • Counsellors and therapists dedicate time to each person, using positive and therapeutic techniques to help individuals manage and understand the effects of significant change, loss and grief

  • Family Support: providing members a combination of one to one and group counselling

  • Suicide Prevention: this is provided when counsellors are concerned with the response and or behaviour of individual clients. The counsellors’ use recognised suicide prevention techniques

  • Alternative Therapies: simple stress reduction supports and enhances progress with counselling

  • Advocacy: practical advice

  • Mediation: between members and employers, education, housing, social security and others.

  • Volunteering: recruitment: training: placement: opportunities
